We sincerely appreciate your in-kind donation to Children’s Minnesota. Your contribution makes a real difference, helping to ensure that families have the comfort and support they need during their hospital stay.

To protect the health and safety of our patients, we can only accept new, unopened, and unused items with original tags (please note the only handmade items like tie blankets are welcome).

Also, donations must not include any personal information that could identify past or present patients (e.g., names, birth/death dates, photos, or stories).

To help us properly acknowledge your thoughtful gift, please ensure all fields on the form are completed.
