Please complete this form and confirm your drop-off date and time so we can notify our Welcome Desk and coordinate distribution. Due to our focus on patient care, only Welcome Desk staff will be available during drop-off.
Children’s Minnesota accepts new, unopened, unused items with tags only, to protect patient health. Staff will distribute items as needed; donor groups cannot hand out items directly due to privacy and infection prevention policies.
Items cannot include any personal patient information (e.g., names, dates, photos, stories).
